The First Canadian Summit on Surgery for T2DM is presented by the Section of Bariatric Surgery, Division of General Surgery, McGill University and the Continuing Education Office of the MUHC, in association with the Centre of of Continuing Medical Education, Faculty of Medicine, McGill University.

CREDITS
For this course, we have requested 12.5 Continuing Medical Education study credits from McGill University, Division of Continuing Medical Education (β€œCME”) which sponsors continuing medical education for physicians and is fully accredited by the Committee on Accreditation of Canadian Medical Schools (CACMS), the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) for MAINPRO-M1 credits, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education of the United States (ACCME).

Daily sign-in registration will be required in order to receive attestation certificates
